What we collect

Your name, email, state and country, and the professional license details you enter. We use them to register you for classes, send your Zoom link, verify attendance, and print your certificate of completion. We never collect client or patient information on this site. Please don't enter any.

Who sees it

Our team, and the services that run this site: Zoom (class registration and attendance), our email provider, and our payment processor (Stripe handles card details; we never see or store card numbers). Anyone with a certificate ID can see the name, license, class, and date printed on that certificate.

Attendance & CE credit

CE certificates require attending the entire live class (as recorded by Zoom) and completing the evaluation. Regulatory boards are the final authority on which courses count toward renewal.

Refunds

Contact us at kdh@kdhcollective.com at least 48 hours before the class to transfer or cancel. [Edit to match your policy.]

Your data

Email kdh@kdhcollective.com to correct or delete your account. We keep certificate records so completions can be verified.
